Our Pricing Policy

K.Jamson is proud of our competitive pricing. If you find prices lower than us on the Internet, let us know and we will do our best to match the price and more. 

All prices are in Canadian Dollars unless otherwise specified.

Online Purchasing

The K.Jamson Virtual Mart shopping cart is expected to add up prices accurately. In the event of an invoice being received with incorrect prices, we will not process the order but rather contact you with the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel or resubmit your order at the correct price.

Please double check the item number, color and quantity before finalizing your order.

Colors

Actual colors of merchandise may differ depending on the viewing device used to display the webpage. 

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Product Availability

Although availability may be indicated on our site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.

Exchange Policy

Unused merchandise may be returned for exchange or issued for store credit within 15 days when accompanied by original tags and receipt. No refund.

Umbrellas, travel accessories and evening bags are final sale -- no return/exchange.

Warranty

Proof of purchase is required for any warranty coverage. The manufacturer warranty covers any defects related to workmanship. The warranty does not cover damages caused by public transportation carriers, accidental damages, normal wear and tear, abuse, unreasonable use or unauthorized repairs. Proof of purchase is required for any warranty coverage. The manufacturer may choose to repair or replace the defective item at their discretion.

Warranty claims from online purchases may be dropped off at any of our locations. For drop offs, all shipping and handling charges will be waived within the first year from the date the merchandise was purchased from K.Jamson. Warranty claims not dropped off and/or for any repairs needed after the first year will be the responsibility of the customer to ship the item to the designated manufacturer’s repair depot. However, K.Jamson can also provide the shipping and handling service for a nominal fee (up to $20 depending on the item).

The warranty period may vary according to each manufacturer. Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty card for further details on warranty periods.

Airline Damage

Baggage damage caused by the airline, transportation carriers or inspection must be reported within 24 hours. To ensure maximum cooperation from the airline, it is important for the customer to inspect and make the claim at the terminal before leaving the airport. Airlines are not liable for damages once the prescribed time limit has passed. In the event of damage, look for the Baggage Services Counters located in the arrival hall of your airport.
